During your birdwatching experience, while admiring the most fascinating Hummingbirds of Cusco at Ensifera Camp, delight in a refined wine-tasting session featuring one white and two red Peruvian wines. Each glass is carefully paired with local artisan cheeses, tropical fruits, and fine Peruvian chocolates, creating a perfect balance between flavor and nature.

ITINERARY:

Departing from Cusco at 1:30 pm, we travel through scenic mountain roads, arriving at Ensifera Camp around 3:00 pm. This charming hummingbird garden, filled with native plants and flowers, attracts stunning species such as the Giant Hummingbird, Black-tailed Trainbearer, and Sparkling Violetear, a true delight for nature lovers.

While you enjoy the graceful movement of these hummingbirds at Ensifera Camp, our expert-guided wine tasting begins. Guests will sample three carefully selected Peruvian wines, each paired with artisan cheeses, tropical fruits, and fine Peruvian chocolates. The experience concludes with a special pisco tasting and short talk about Peru’s emblematic spirit — an elegant finale to this multisensory encounter.

In just two hours, you’ll enjoy a unique experience that celebrates the best of Cusco’s nature and gastronomy, offering a moment of serenity, flavor, and connection with the Andean environment.

We begin our return to Cusco at 5:00 pm, arriving around 6:30 pm, after an unforgettable afternoon of color, taste, and harmony at Ensifera Camp.
